All postage prices are for delivery to mainland UK only. Items being sent to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or any other off mainland UK location will incur additional charges.
We are quite happy to send items to these locations and overseas and request that you contact us prior to placing an order to enable us to provide you with a quote. Any orders placed that haven’t had a price agreed will be cancelled
We will endeaveour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days of receipt. We use a courier service as well as Royal Mail.
Our postage charges are staggered according to the total amount of your order:-
For total order values up to £2.99 – Delivery is £1.95
For orders between £3.00 – £9.99 inc – Delivery is £2.50
For orders between £10.00 – £24.99 inc – Delivery is £3.75
For orders between £25.00 – £49.99 inc – Delivery is £4.50
For orders over £50.00 Delivery is FREE – Please note this excludes Dovecotes. Contact us for details

Everything Wildlife cannot be held liable for any item that has been dispatched within our stated time schedule but delayed due to the postal or courier services.
Please note we send items Monday – Friday only. We do not offer a Saturday courier delivery service. Any orders received after 2pm will be sent the next working day wherever possible.
Our aim is to provide our customers with a first class service and product but we do appreciate that sometimes things do go wrong. If you are unhappy with your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
We will accept returns on faulty items or items that have been damaged in transit, for a replacement or refund. Please contact us first to advise us of the problem.
If you would like to return an item for any other reason please contact us within 14 days stating your reason . Unfortunately we will be unable to refund any postage in these cases.
